The Rules

    The 100 day challenge is to be done one hundred days consecutively.
    If you miss a day you start over at day 1.
    You must do 100 strikes each day. This will add up to a minimum of 10,000 strikes over the course of 14 weeks and 2 days.
    The Reaper Challenge is open to all forms of martial sport. (heavy weapons, HEMA, Buhurt, rapier, live weapons, archery, foam, steel, lightsaber, etc..)
    If you are sick or hurt, then own your day by doing something that attributes to owning your discipline such as foot work, shadow boxing, fight video, gym time, etc.
    If your sickness or injury goes past 24 hrs then you start over at day 1.
    A day at practice or tourney counts as owning your day IF you did the required work that would honor the rules.
    Your focus is the pell or your martial discipline. Sword to pell, arrows to target, kata forms etc.
    Please track your accountability and get help. Do not train bad form!
